Your nervous system cannot distinguish between an imagined threat and a real threat. When you repeatedly anticipate lack(fear, worry, guilt, judgement and so forth), your body stabilizes in that frequency(sad but true), and when your body stabilizes in that frequency, your field transmits it. Hence, you keep looping in the same patterns and scenes despite trying all the things.
